I think this is one of the best criticisms of the App Store process yet:

How would Apple like it if when they discovered a serious bug in OS X, instead of releasing a software update immediately, they had to submit their code to an intermediary who sat on it for a month and then rejected it because it contained an icon they didn’t like?

A Must Read. I’ve come across SEO experts in the past, and been mighty unimpressed with their “recommendations”. One company I worked with paid thousands of dollars to an SEO and started getting worse engine placement. (I had a moment of victory when I managed to capture the #2 spot on Google for their company name by just having decent content that happened to mention them).
